At Ziivaarraa, we believe every piece you choose is uniquely crafted to be yours. We ensure that your forever silver arrives in its finest form, which is why we take great care to keep your jewellery sparkling and flawless, just for you. And since we do not take any returns or replacements, you can always trust that you will receive a brand new, beautiful piece made especially for you.

However, we know how much care goes into every purchase. So if your jewellery arrives defected or isn’t what you selected, we’re here to make it right, whether through a return, replacement, or refund.

Our Return Promise
We hope you love your Ziivaarraa jewellery the moment it arrives but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

We’re happy to offer a return, replacements, or refund provided you verify to the below points :

• The item/items you received is/are defective, or not what you ordered.

• The jewellery is still in its original condition and packaging, just as it was sent.

• You reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos/videos or an unboxing video precisely showing the defect.

A few things to note :

• If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or normal wear and tear, we won’t be able to process such requests, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

• Since personalized and custom pieces are lovingly made just for you, they’re one of a kind and return, replacements, or refund is not possible for the same.

Return Shipping & Handling

We cover the cost of return shipping, so there’s no charge to you. However, the responsibility for the valuable silver remains with you until it reaches us safely. For this reason, we kindly recommend capturing images/videos while repacking the jewellery securely to prevent any damage or loss of item during transit.

Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll process your full refund within 3-5 business days.

Please Note : Returns & Replacements that don’t meet the criteria above may be declined at our sole discretion.
